Agreed, although...

...setting up a reverse proxy does not come for free either. Someone who has not done it before will experience a steep (and high) learning curve -- at least so I did. The worst part was that Domino-based SPAM control we were previously using was no longer functioning. We had to set up Linux-based SPAM control from scratch.
